Exclusions
- Child Between 03 to 06 Year are chargeable for attraction tickets – Rs. 1030 - 03 Night Package
- Tickets to other places to be arranged by Guests only.
- All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
- Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.
- Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
- Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary
- Airfares if any are Non refundable unless otherwise mentioned.
- Costs excludes Indian 5 % GST .
- Package Booking is Non-Refundable once the trip starts.
- Hotel Rooms/ Transfers/ Tours / Rates are subject to Availability at the time of booking.
- Should any of the following change, a new quote will have to be provided: date of travel, number of Pax, accommodation type, duration of stay and vehicle size.

HiFi merely acts a service broker and does not accept any liability.
- We strongly advise passengers to take out insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of baggage, curtailment and default at the time of booking - please advice your clients accordingly
- We suggest you & Guest to always check the Hotel Photos & Reviews before confirming the package/hotel.
- Standard Check in Time at the Hotel is 14:00 Hrs. & Check out time is from 11:00 Hrs.This may vary from hotel to hotel.
- Special requests such as Early Check in / Late Checkout / Twin Beds / Double Beds / Interconnecting Rooms / Jain Meal / Rooms on Same floor etc. are always subject to availability & not guaranteed.
- The Triple Room might have an Extra bed or Rollaway Bed or Mattress.
- Any Kind of Optional Tours Monument, Any Monument / Museum / Park Entrance Fees & Charges
- Hotels may ask for a refundable Security Deposit at the time of check in.
- SIC (Seat in Coach Basis): The service will be on sharing vehicle/basis.
- PVT (Private): The service will be by private vehicle/basis.
- Guests have to be present at the lobby (reception area) OR at Meeting point during their pick-up time of tours/ transfer.
- SIC Tour pickup/drop off will be either from hotel or nearest meeting point depending on destination.
- For SIC Tours/Transfers drivers will wait a maximum 5-10 minutes.
- Rooms & Rates are always subject to availability at the time of final confirmation.
- For Tours & Transfers on Private basis, duration will start from the stipulated pick-up time mentioned. The tour will not extend if there is any delay on the client&rsquos part.
- Please inform us if a Pregnant woman is travelling. Most commercial airlines allow pregnant women to fly up to 36 weeks of gestation. Some restrict pregnant women from international flights earlier in gestation and some require ation of gestational age.
- As per our Company policy Vouchers will be released to Traveler only after full payment is made to us.
